By placing an order on smoothievaulttn.com, you agree to these terms.

Tennessee only. Our products are made under the Tennessee Food Freedom Act and may only be sold and delivered within the state of Tennessee. Orders placed for delivery outside Tennessee will be canceled and refunded.

Homemade food. This product was produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. This product may contain allergens.

Allergens. Our products contain milk and soy. Read the full ingredient list on each product page and package before buying. If you have food allergies or dietary concerns, ask your doctor before use.

Not medical advice. Nutrition information is for general purposes. Our products are food, not dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may cancel any order with a full refund, for example if an item is out of stock or was priced incorrectly. Products are made in small batches; allow 2–3 days for orders to ship or be ready for pickup.

Storage and use. Store products in a cool, dry place and use as directed. Once mixed with liquid, enjoy promptly.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Every order is made fresh in small batches, so orders can't be canceled or changed once placed. For food safety reasons, we can't accept returns.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Lost packages. If tracking shows your order was lost in transit, contact us and we'll replace or refund it.

If we can't fulfill your order. If we're unable to complete your order for any reason, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping & Pickup Policy

We ship to Tennessee addresses only. Orders are made fresh and ship or are ready for pickup within 2–3 days.

Tracking. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Out-of-state orders. Tennessee law lets us sell only within Tennessee, so orders with an out-of-state address will be canceled and refunded.

Address errors. Double-check your address at checkout. We can't refund orders shipped to an incorrect address you entered, but we'll help where we can.

4. Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to fill your order, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Payment information: payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

• Website data: our website host may collect basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, and use cookies to run the site and shopping cart.

How we use it

• To process, deliver, and support your orders

• To contact you about your order, such as pickup or delivery details

• To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email.

Who we share it with. Only the services needed to run the business, such as PayPal for payments, our website host, and shipping carriers, or when required by law.

Your choices. Email us any time to see, correct, or delete your information.

5. Allergen & Food Freedom Act Disclosure

This product was produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. This product may contain allergens.

Contains: Milk, Soy. Ingredients are listed on every product page and package label. Our home kitchen also handles other foods, so we can't guarantee our products are free of other allergens.

Smoothie Vault products are made under the Tennessee Food Freedom Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 53-1-118) and are sold only within Tennessee.
